How similar two messages must be to count as the same message. 100% only catches exact copies; lower values also catch spam with small edits - swapped words, extra characters - but can mistake similar real messages for spam. Case, punctuation, digits and disguised characters are ignored either way.

Messages with no matchable text - only emoji, punctuation or digits - are ignored by default. When on, they all count as the same message, so blasting any symbol noise across channels triggers.
